Your Dealers and Distributors will use SureFire ONLine to transmit purchase orders. With SureFire, the purchase orders are then automatically entered into your system.  No more re-entering data into your system from a fax!

Absolutely! SureFire MFG contains a fully integrated and customizable terminal app, that allows you to send optimized cut lists, and assembly instructions to the shop floor paperless. As a result, you will be generating real-time “at a glance” production reporting via barcode scans, or terminal touches.

SureFireMFG produces all the documents required for accurate manufacturing and delivery of your products.  No third party tools are necessary.  Full product properties are embedded and used appropriately.  SureFireMFG will create a full documentation package for the orders you have “Batch” for a production day. This documentation is based on your engineering data and your plant operation policies.  SureFireMFG also generates drawings with alignment details, product labels, barcode labeling and summary recaps for your designated WorkCenters.

SureFire MFG includes a complete inventory management system that provides “on the fly” automatic purchasing for inventory. Set your Re-Order Points and your minimum order quantities, and watch SureFire MFG allocate your inventory, and use your on-hand quantities. When it’s time to order, SureFire will convert your stock quantity to your purchase quantity, and issue a purchase order to your vendor automatically (or manually!). No more rush ordering for an extrusion that you didn’t know you were running out of!

Since 1996, SureFire Systems, Inc. has been providing software to the window and door industry, and SureFire ONLine MFG is our newest product, written completely for the needs of the fast growing manufacturer. Unlike other software companies, we operate with no long term contracts, and, if you believe we are no longer bringing you any value, with 30 days notice you can stop using it and not pay another nickel. Like any Web-based application, there is no hardware to purchase, no back-ups to worry about, and very little risk. Yet, using our system can have a substantial impact on your bottom line.

Yes and we have years of experience doing this. We can format a file for any of your equipment that can accept a file for production direction. Plan your production schedule in SureFire ONLine MFG and send the file it creates to your server so it can be downloaded to your equipment.

No, SureFire ISS has an Import Wizard that will bring in your manufacturer’s product descriptions, cost and room codes with just a couple of clicks of the mouse. It’s almost like magic it’s so easy. Now you can provide your customer with a quote that has your company logo and information instead of your manufacturers without any manual reentry.

SureFire Systems will add all your manufacturers to the Import Wizard Free of charge. Send us a quote pdf from your manufacturers quoting tool and we will add it to our ever growing library and eliminate any manual reentry. If it can be done we will do it for Free!

With SureFire ISS you can do anything you want. The system doesn’t force you to use features if you don’t want to. You can tailor the system to fit your employee’s skill level.

 

We add them to SureFire ISS based on the information you give us. The system has a self-learning tool and you can teach it to recognize key words on your manufacturers quote to get the correct charge. It’s simple and fast and you only have to teach it once and SureFire ISS will remember from then on.

 Again, we add them to SureFire ISS based on the information you provide. They are linked to the Installation charges and are added to the quote automatically when the Installation categories are applied.

With the easy to use Installation and Service modules the information is already there when a Quote is turned in to an Order. Just drag and drop an order in to the Installation Calendar for scheduling and work orders and debrief sheets are ready to print or view. Create a Service ticket by selecting only the lines of an order that need service or the whole order for things like screen outs. The Service module has a drag and drop calendar as well. As always with SureFire ISS you can create your own ticket with anything you want on it.

SureFire ISS has an Inventory Item library that you can add inventory items to with cost, margins or net sell price. You can add anything and everything, even things like Job Inclusions and Exclusions. Anything in the library can be added to a quote easily through a drop down box in the quote.

 SureFire ISS never makes you do anything. You can choose the correct Installation categories from a drop down box or simply add your Installation charges directly in to the appropriate cost field. You choose how much of the system’s capabilities work for your business and employees.
